Week of 12/17/12

The students will be working on  PSSA skills on Monday.  On Tuesday, they will be working on multiple meaning words.  On Wednesday and Thursday, they will be reviewing the PSSA terms using the game of Jeopardy.  They have an early dismissal on Friday at 1:00 p.m.  I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!  School will reopen on Wednesday, January 2, 2013.  Happy New Year!

Week of 12/10/12

The students are working on two stories this week.  They will be comparing the two literary works.  They are "The Fun They had" and "Feathered Friend."  The focus comprehension skills are setting and theme.  The test will be on Thursday, December 13th.  They will have a test on the PSSA terms on Friday, December 14th.  They will also be working on multiple meaning words.  We will be going to see the high school band/chorus concert on Friday.
