The students will have a test on the story "Flood - Wrestling with the Mississippi" on Thursday,
November 20th. They will also have a Skills Assessment test and a Holistic Reading Assessment test before the holiday. These tests are given at the end of each unit. We will have a follow directions day to make a special treat. Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy your break!

Monday, October 13th - no school for students. Enjoy! Students will have D.A.R.E. during all reading classes on Tuesday. Test - "Number the Stars" on Friday, October 17th.

The students will have an open book test on the story "Darnell Rock Reporting" on Monday, October 6th. We are also finished the first unit in our book. We will have the holistic assessment and the skills assessment tests on Tuesday and Wednesday. Keep up the great work sixth grade!
